Our fully equipped gym with cardiovascular and resistance exercise suite, plus an array of classes from yoga to meditation in the professional studio space, helps members achieve their fitness goals with expert guidance from our experienced trainers. Plus, full use of our 16.5-metre swimming pool with water jet massage, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and rejuvenating outdoor Canadian hot tub provides the perfect relaxing balance to any workout session.
