Gratuities & Service Charge Policy

CREDIT CARD GRATUITIES

All credit card gratuities added by guests to their bill will be collated and distributed once a month to staff members.

SERVICE CHARGE

A service charge of 10% will be applied across the resort as follows:

• All food & beverage outlets in the Hotel including outlets where only beverages are served.

• For all tables/groups of 8 or more guests in the Palmer Clubhouse and South Clubhouse. A child is considered a guest.

• Conference and Banqueting across the resort including functions in the Straffan Inn

It will not apply in:

• K Golf World

• The Straffan Inn

All service charges are distributed to all staff on a monthly basis.
