  • Ideal for: Athletes or those wanting to improve strength & endurance.
  • Includes:
    • 10+ strength-based personal training sessions ( 2 per week)
    • Strength testing & progress tracking
    • Sport-specific training (if needed)
    • Mobility & flexibility routines
  • Duration: 5 weeks
  • Price : €450  
  • Ideal for: Friends, couples, or small groups who want to train together.
  • Includes:
    • semi-private sessions (2-4 people)
    • Fun & interactive workouts
    • Group goal-setting & motivation
    • Lower price per person than 1-on-1 training

Antoine Lannegrand – Leisure Coordinator

Antoine is a highly experienced rugby player and fitness professional with over a decade in the industry. Five years of personal training experience has strengthened his dedication to helping others reach their fitness goals, and he brings particular expertise in hypertrophy, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and team sports to our K Spa clients. Antoine holds a BSc in Exercise and Health Fitness from the University of Limerick and multiple qualifications in Advanced Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Pilates, and Fitness Instruction under the National Council for Exercise & Health Fitness (NCEF). Beyond the gym, Antoine’s passion for rugby has taken him to Connacht's academy and last year’s elite sevens where he competed in five tournaments in Bordeaux, winning the Howard Hinton Invitational and Mont de Marsan stage in Super Sevens. He is also a passionate practitioner of Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With nearly a decade of training in both, he understands the demands of various sports and tailors his training to optimise performance. Whether you're looking to build muscle, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall fitness, Antoine’s expertise and dedication will help you reach your full potential.

Robert Coffey

Robert Coffey is a highly experienced personal trainer, deep tissue and cupping massage specialist, and performance enhancement coach. With a deep understanding of fitness, recovery, and overall well-being, he is committed to helping individuals of all levels achieve their health and performance goals. His expertise spans strength training, mobility improvement, injury prevention, and advanced recovery techniques, allowing clients to enhance their physical potential while reducing the risk of pain or injury. Through a combination of tailored training programs and hands-on therapeutic approaches, Robert provides a well-rounded and effective strategy for optimizing performance, improving movement, and promoting long-term wellness. Whether working with athletes striving for peak performance or individuals looking to improve their overall fitness, he brings knowledge, dedication, and a results-driven approach to every session.

Membership of The K Spa grants you full access to our wellness complex, which comprises seven treatment rooms, two private suites and an aromatic garden in which to unwind. Access to a fully equipped gym with a cardiovascular and resistance exercise suite is also included.
