Taking place amid the grandeur of the resort’s historic Straffan House, the exclusive one-night-only gastronomic and live music experience will be but a moment in time, remembered for years to come.  A chilled glass of Champagne on arrival pops the cork on the evening’s celebratory spirit before you embark on a five-course culinary journey designed and curated by The K Club’s Executive Chef Gary O’Hanlon. Classic jazz duo the Satin Martinis will imbue the evening with their mellow and sophisticated flair before the evening’s energy shifts into a higher tempo with a post-dinner party move to the Garden Room where the lively, toe-tapping, thigh-slapping vibrant vibes of Sin A Deir Si will fuse the chart-topping hits of today with high-energy traditional Irish style. As the clock strikes 12, the unforgettable evening will culminate in a spectacular fireworks display that is the gilded cherry on top of a truly remarkable way to end the year.  

The Palmer Restaurant

Get into the swing this New Year’s Eve as The Palmer’s stylish soiree brings all the energy and good time Gatsby vibes to the finale night of your year. Dress to impress and make your sparkling entrance straight into the welcome drinks reception that will set the tone for the effervescent evening ahead. Propose toasts, bury hatchets and swap your most outrageous stories of the year gone by over four-courses of the restaurant’s renowned delicious seasonal fare accompanied by the uplifting sounds of the live pianist. After dinner, get those dancing shoes at the ready as the evening’s soundtrack seamlessly switches up tempo for the dynamic Paris Swinging Lovers. The unique five-piece band will have the night’s movers and shakers out of their seats and dancing until the evening crescendos with a spectacular fireworks display that can be seen from all corners of the resort.

South Bar & Restaurant

At South Bar & Restaurant, throw the rulebook out the window and rock up with your pals to a night drenched in favourite tracks with some twists, crowd-pleasing cocktails and non-stop party vibes.  Kicking off from 7pm a live guitar singer will warm up the crowd and create the perfect opportunity for you to grab a bite from South’s eclectic a la carte menu.  From 9.30pm, all bets are off when the lively and super fun three-piece band Manila Strings  bring their unique twist and highly contagious style to the songs you know and love; you won’t be able to leave the dancefloor for fear of missing your favourite – except perhaps for the resort’s spectacular midnight fireworks display that will be visible from South’s wraparound terrace, welcoming in 2025 with a bang.
