Prepare for an effervescent evening bubbling over with fizz and flavour as The K Club hosts an exclusive Laurent Perrier Champagne Dinner. Back by popular demand, the opulent occasion on Friday 28th March will pair a sumptuous five-course menu designed by Executive Chef Gary O’Hanlon with some of the historic Champagne house’s finest vintages.
An elegant drinks reception in the five star resort’s Garden Room will welcome guests at 6.30pm before proceedings seamlessly transition into the grand surrounds of signature restaurant The Barton for dinner. The K Club’s multi award-winning Chief Sommelier Lisa O’Doherty will take discerning diners through each of the specially prepared pairings for Gary’s divine dishes. Lisa is only the second Irish person in 62 years to win The Golden Magnum at the prestigious Champagne Academy in Rheims, France so there’s no better guide for such an elevated experience.
