Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:  

  •  To meet and greet all guests of The K Club in a friendly and courteous manner from their first moment of arrival in the front car park of the hotel and throughout their entire visit.
  •  To assist any guests or potential guests, with respect to transport, luggage, on and offsite restaurant bookings, recommendations for the local area and all other reasonable requests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  •  To read all daily reports including daily list of events and arrival and departure lists. This provides a basic knowledge of all K Club guests and their requiremen
  • To ensure that all luggage is tagged immediately on entry to the hotel. Liaise with the reception team to place luggage into the right room in a timely and efficient manner. 
  • To room guests and provide a full orientation of all hotel amenities during this process and follow immediately with guest luggage.
  • To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times
  • To participate fully in training provided by the company

 

How we see you:

  • Will have previous experience in a similar role in a Hotel
  • Will possess excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
